CANCELLATION POLICY
* I will do everything I can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment. * I understand that sometimes schedules change and I therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will invoke a fee making up part of your treatment cost, or the loss of your non-refundable booking deposit. * Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. Please contact me if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late, so I can advise you on whether to attend your appointment. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it may be considered a "No-Show". If you have 2 or more “No-Shows” you will no longer be able to book any services with me.
